Kim earned her degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.  She has been a stay at home mom for 35 years and now enjoys helping HiFLEX run smoothly.  She is in charge of verifying benefits, submitting insurance claims to out of network plans, billing and collections.
